Your schedule never leaves your browser.

What is never sent

The calendar file is built on your own machine and downloaded straight from it. There is no server involved in creating it.

What is counted

Because nothing identifying is stored, this counts runs, not people. That is a deliberate trade: knowing exactly how many individuals use this is not worth holding data that could identify them.

Your email

There is an optional box for your email address next to the download button. Leave it empty and nothing is collected; the download works exactly the same.

If you do enter one, it is stored, and that is not anonymous — an email address identifies you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

It is used to contact you about this tool: fixes, changes, and problems worth knowing about. It is never sold, never shared, and never used for anything else. Stored alongside it is the date you signed up and which college's Banner site you were on. Nothing more.

To be deleted, email help@kigani-systems.com and say so. No reason needed, and it is removed for good.

Your schedule is still never uploaded, even now. The calendar file is built on your machine and saved straight from it. Giving us your email does not send us your courses.

Opting out

Run the tool, then use the Opt out link along the bottom edge of the panel. Counting stops immediately and the tool keeps working exactly as before.

The setting has to live on the Banner page, because that is where the tool runs and browsers keep each site's settings separate. A button here could not reach it — so there isn't one.

Stored as a single setting in your browser. Clearing site data resets it, and it does not follow you to another device.
